The owner of this apartment spends most of her time abroad, and there she learned not to do compromises. Although in this case it is only her occasional refuge, she still wanted premium quality so that she could live every moment here fully and happily.
Sykora: from kitchen to sofa
Since her sister already owns the Sykora set, her choice was all the simpler and more straightforward. She came, saw and immediately took the design and realization of the entire interior with her. Because, apart from the kitchen, we took care for most of the other equipment in the apartment. From the hallway to the bedroom.
Practicality is a virtue
Since the owner uses the apartment more sporadically than continuously, and always for a short period of time, the kitchen design has also adapted to her lifestyle. Thus, you will not find a large pantry cabinet or a large freezer in this set, because everything you buy is quickly consumed and there's no need for huge supplies. Everything is conceptually designed extremely practically, the cabinets are smaller so that they can be reached without need to reach far, the hob is integrally equipped with an extractor hood and the materials used are excellent and easy to maintain.
Varnish in combination with wood. Beauty that will last for years.
The set is available in glossy varnish Top Light Grey Gloss, which optimistically brightens the space and gives a very relaxed impression. The worktop is ceramic and has a built-in sink from underneath. Elongated bar seating with a wooden composition made of Stone Oak extends from the right arm of the set. It is also used on other elements of the interior. You can find it on the handles in the hallway, on the dressers and wall-mounted bedside tables in the bedroom and also on the imaginative work corner in the same room.
A set for special moments. Even a whole life
The advantage of being able to design the whole interior is its perfect interconnection. We made the drawer cabinets in the bedroom in the same shade as those in the kitchen and applied the white matt varnish Evermatt. We also used it in the bathroom, while the doors of the spacious storage cabinets in the hallway and corridor were varnished in the Elegant and Evermatt Light Grey design. The brightness of the ever-present white permeated by the earthy wood on the floor and wall panels was complemented by a large Alfa Style mirror.
The owner, with her frequent travels, represents the type of customer who has slightly different needs than usual, as this apartment is more of a stopover than a final destination for her. Therefore, the proposed solution is atypical in its frequency of use and lack of right angles, yet it remains absolutely classic in one way: it has been designed to become a place where you feel great, whether you are here for an hour or for life.
