18 years. The exact amount of time that had passed before the owners decided to radically renovate the entire house. From that point on, everything went like a clockwork. Ideas were clarified, appropriate solutions were chosen, the right materials and technologies were selected, and voilà - a beautiful new home was born. Same address, same house, but a completely different, enchanting world. With plenty of ideas and opportunities.
Beauty and practicality in the same boat.
The atypical, polygonal kitchen space is reminiscent of the captain's bridge of a boat which is just heading off towards its next exciting adventure. The ground plan is also matched by a non-standard work island with natural Nero Assoluto granite worktop in a satin finish. The irregular shape of the island perfectly fits into the harmony of the room and provides great access from all sides. On the port side, it has built-in dual zone Avintage wine cabinet, followed by a long dining table for six and three candle holders at the front. The number of both can be changed :)
A kitchen you will want to touch. Again, and again.
The kitchen unit is also a distinctive element of the set. It consists of a group of tall cabinets and longitudinal drawers, which deliberately lack open shelves. The first impression is great. And so is every other. The cabinets are designed in earthy muted tones and fitted with doors from the Exclusive range with a handleless system and Tip-On touch opening. The Evermat medium grey varnishing combined with the smoked oak veneer evoke a gentle vibrant atmosphere, which is elegantly pierced by rays of light entering through a large window. Every day here is the beginning of a new promising story.
The future deserves a toast.
The whole massive array of cabinets is tastefully complemented by a section with modern Miele appliances, an M-Touch series combi oven with warming drawer and two built-in Liebherr refrigerators. A sloped hood is installed above the worktop with cooking zone. Thanks to the Connectivity system, exhaustion automatically starts whenever the induction hob is turned on. A tall glass showcase with stainless steel frame is located right aside. Behind the smoked glass, it subtly reveals wine glasses of various types and kinds - standing on veneered shelves illuminated by LED strips, patiently waiting for their moment.

The set contains many other elements, invisible at first sight, that make both the cooking itself and the overall use more pleasant. The waste bin has an electric opening; the drawers in the boxes have internal organizers and dividers; the Lemans pull-out corner system is also practical, perfectly covering otherwise blind spots.
In addition to the kitchen, we also provided the owners with a built-in wardrobe in the attic. Even here, the final solution is very elegant and unpretentious at the same time. Combining the Vintage Bronze body with bronze glass has created a literal showcase of glamour and utility.
It took almost quarter of a century before the owners decided for reconstruction. When the next 18 years will pass, we believe that this set will still be as modern and fresh as it is today. We believe that even after all these years, it will still be as good as new thanks to its sophisticated design and premium, timeless materials
